Return and Refund Policy

At Cloudbreak, we want you to feel confident with your order.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, please contact us at Cloudbreakus@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used
  • Items without original tags
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different size, color, or item is to return the original product and place a new order.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at Cloudbreakus@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.
